Hello, lovely readers!

Thanks to Aileen at https://littlemissdreamer96.wordpress.com/ who nominated me to do the daily quote challenge.

The rule is that you have to post one quote a day and tag 3 people in one post.

I was going to do a ‘Quote of the day’ series anyway, but not necessarily every day. Now I will!

Here is my quote:

“I have written you down, now you will live forever.”

                                                       -Bastille, Poet

This quote is from the song ‘Poet’ by Bastille. I like it a lot, as I do most of their songs. I think the actual song is about a girl, but I can take whatever meaning I want from it. Aha.

I like this quote because I think its really relevant for all writers. Authors, poets, songwriters, journalists, bloggers… Any thing that you write down on a page has been given a breath of life; and you are the creator. Its the same with any work you put out there to the world. It will be there forever, even long after you exist. People can still read it and get something from it. so it lives eternally.

I don’t know, I think there are a lot of different meanings for this. But whatever you find, its really inspiration and enlightening.

I nominate.

This tag is just for fun. I don’t know if this is something you’d be into, but hopefully you like it! Don’t feel bad if you can’t post every day. Its a nice topic and is a great way to reach out to people and get to know them.

Happy quoting!

I hope you liked this post.

Thanks for reading.

The stars reach out. reach back
